About this product

This is an Editable Programme Template for Moving Up/Graduation Ceremony. It comes with ribbon heads for completers/graduates, parents, and faculty, three editable certificates, and one editable tarpaulin for the moving up/graduation backdrop.

The template is in A4 size and can be edited in Canva only. You will need Canva Pro to edit and save your work.

Please follow these steps when printing in booklet format:

1. Download the file in PDF format after editing in Canva.
2. Open the saved file.
3. Press Ctrl+P, then locate "Page Sizing & Handling" and choose "Booklet".
4. Under "Booklet subset", select "back side only", then print.
5. After printing the back side, flip the paper and place it back in the printer. Choose "front side only" and print.
6. Fold and staple your program. ☺️

Note: Use Adobe Acrobat Reader as your PDF reader.

When printing the certificates, edit them first in Canva, then save as PDF before printing.

When saving the tarpaulin backdrop, please save as PNG/JPEG.
