Inclusions:
1. Initial Consultation: Detailed discussion to understand your vision and requirements.
2. Sketch Approval: Providing sketches for your review and approval before proceeding with the final artwork.
3. Progress Updates: Regular updates on the artwork's progress to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
4. Final Delivery: Delivery of high-resolution digital files or physical artwork (if applicable) upon completion.

Exclusions:
1. Framing : Artwork delivery does not include framing, unless specifically requested and agreed upon.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping expenses for physical artwork are not included and will be charged separately.
3. Revisions Beyond Scope: Extensive revisions beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
4. Third-Party Licensing: Artwork usage rights for commercial purposes may require separate licensing agreements.

Rules:
1. A non-refundable deposit, typically equivalent to half of the total commission cost, is required to secure the commission before work begins.
2. The artist retains the copyright of all commissioned artwork unless otherwise negotiated.
3. Timelines for completion will be agreed upon mutually and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
4. Open and clear communication throughout the process is essential to ensuring a successful collaboration.
5. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork and must be paid upon delivery.
