Ang Ahas at ang Palaka is a story set in a lush forest featuring a friendly and helpful frog named Paki. One day, Paki encounters Sisi, a snake in distress, and decides to help by carrying Sisi to her den. Despite Paki's kindness, Sisi, being deceitful, reveals her intention to eat Paki. Clever Paki then devises a plan and tells Sisi about a place with many frogs, leading Sisi to a spot where Paki’s brother, a frog skilled in arnis (a Filipino martial art), is waiting. The brother fends off Sisi, who retreats in pain. The story concludes with a moral lesson: be cautious in trusting others, as not everyone has good intentions.
