I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and passed the licensure examination for teachers in 2018. I am imaginative and innovative when it comes to working under pressure. My special strengths are my communication and writing skills. I can work well in a team environment but also manage working alone. For the past 5 years since I graduated, I have been working as a customer service representative, proofreader, and service manager.
