Title: Our Solar System
Our solar system has the Sun at the center. The Sun’s gravity pulls everything around it.
There are 8 planets. They orbit the Sun in order: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
Inner planets are rocky. Mercury is smallest and closest to the Sun. Venus is hottest with thick clouds. Earth is our home. It has water, air, and life. Mars is red and cold with dust storms.
Outer planets are gas and ice giants. Jupiter is biggest. It has a giant red storm. Saturn has large rings made of ice and rock. Uranus spins on its side and looks blue-green. Neptune is farthest. It has strong winds and is deep blue.
Between Mars and Jupiter is the asteroid belt. Beyond Neptune is the Kuiper Belt with dwarf planets like Pluto.
