1. Open the Google Drive Folder:
Click the provided link to access the folder.

2. Add Shortcut to Your Drive:
Click the three dots at the top-right.
Choose "Add shortcut to Drive."

3. Duplicate the Shortcut:
Right-click on the newly created shortcut.
Select "Make a copy."

4. Rename the Copy (Optional):
Right-click on the copied folder.
Choose "Rename" and enter a new name.

5. Access and Use Spreadsheets:
Open the copied folder to access and use the spreadsheets.
