Paghilom is a journal-like book where the owner becomes the writer.

Throughout its one hundred twenty eight pages are statements, exercises, original poems, and contemplations that engages the owner to express their feelings and reflect from it.

After exhuming all their thoughts, the owner may delete the book so that only the book and the owner would know what was once written.
