Hi, I'm Yumi, a coffee geek by profession. I started as a Barista for 6 years at a pioneer specialty coffee shop in the Philippines, diving deep into the science behind coffee. Then, I led as head barista for 3 years across 4 branches, mastering the business side of coffee. My latest role was as Operation Manager, honing people and partner skills. Now, I have my own Coffee Roastery, with all my heart and soul, I want to share with you the craft that I loved through out my experience
