About this product

This is a digital product that can be edited via the Canva application or website. This contains 47 pages with a variety of healthy recipes. This product is inspired by my mom, and I made most of them for her to monitor her health since she went into an operation and did laboratory tests. Most of the recipes included are not just healthy but also delicious. However, consider the ingredients included as they may cause allergic reactions or should be avoided as they might negatively affect someone. For instance, a person has rheumatoid arthritis, and when s/he eats a mushroom, his/her knees hurt.
