SNAKE AND LADDER GAME
Product by
njedybeneradooAbout this product
Gameplay:
Players take turns rolling the die and moving their game pieces (usually represented by tokens or figurines) along the numbered squares on the board.
Each player starts at the bottom of the board, usually on square 1.
The number rolled on the die determines how many squares a player moves forward. For example, if a player rolls a 3, they move their game piece forward three squares.
The game board contains "ladders" and "snakes" which connect different squares. Ladders allow players to climb forward on the board, often by significant distances, while snakes cause players to slide backward.
If a player's game piece lands on the base of a ladder, they move their piece to the top of the ladder. This allows them to advance quickly on the board.
If a player's game piece lands on the head of a snake, they must move their piece to the square at the snake's tail, causing them to slide backward on the board.
The game continues with players taking turns rolling the die and moving their pieces until one player reaches the final square on the board, usually square 100.
