Licensee: Buyer's Name

1. Rights Granted
• Licensor gives Licensee permission to resell the Product.
• Licensee can also give others the right to resell the Product.

2. Licensee Responsibilities
• Sell the Product as is.
• Sell the Product for at least 150.
• Do not give the Product away for free or sell it in unauthorized places.
•You cannot edit, modify, or rebrand the Product
• You cannot transfer MRR rights to your customers.
• Include this Agreement when selling the Product to others.

3. Intellectual Property
• Licensor keeps all rights to the Product.
• Licensee cannot change or claim ownership of the Product.

4. Limitation of Liability
• Licensor is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages.
• Licensor’s total responsibility is limited to the amount Licensee paid for the Product.

General Conditions:
• You cannot sell or distribute this product on auction sites.
• You cannot use misleading marketing tactics or claims.
• You cannot use this product for any illegal or unethical purposes.
• You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the distribution and usage of this product.

Termination:
• The license is terminated if any terms are violated.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use and distribution of the product.
