This is a MS EXCEL Table of Specification (TOS) Template w/ Item Analysis & Automatic Most learned and Least Competency.

This is not a macro-enabled excel template. All of its functions work using a combination of excel formulas.
Since, it is a plain excel, each sheet of the file is password protected to preserve mainly the formulas. However, the cells and columns are formatted so you can still edit the headers and signatories, hide/unhide columns, and format them to customize it based on your school context.

a teacher with 1 subject with up to 8 teaching loads.
a teacher with 8 different teaching subject loads.
a curriculum chair that consolidates data for up to 8 sections
or just a teacher who wish to submit reports with ease or diminish these tasks for next school year if same load is given

Features:
1. The TOS automatically detects if the item number is already placed to avoid duplicity. It can cater up to 100 MELCs and 100 test items.
2.The item analysis consolidator is for up to 8 sections. Statistics are automatically computed like MPL, MPS (see the image), provided that, student scores and correct response data are used.
3. There is also an automatic Most Learned and Least Learned Selector, provided that, competency per item number is given. This is very useful specially if you have the same teaching load yearly.
4. It can be integrated with the use of ZipGrade or other apps that let you import data for item analysis thru copy and paste.

One MS excel file having the following sheets:
1. INFO sheet - The sheet where you input the basic data needed in the template.
2. TOS -
3. ML & LL Competencies (page 1 and page 2) - This is where the automatic 10 ML and LL can be obtained.
4. Actual Score
5. Item Analysis (no formula)
6. Actual Scores Sheet
7. Item Analysis (linked with actual score sheet) for automatic computation of test statistics like MPL, etc.
