[MS Excel] EASY TO USE Wedding Planner!

Conveniently track your wedding progress using this wedding planner!

During our wedding, me and my wife, Rachel Dajero Artillaga, decided to organize and plan using this tracker that can help us dig into the details while getting an overview on where we were at before our wedding day.

We want to share with you this file that can help you save a lot of time, and also plan ahead for your wedding!

1. Track and organize your expenses per category - depending on the expense, track every peso spent per category and see if it is still within your budget

2. List milestones and turnaround time (TATs) - organize your time and set deadlines by lodging in your wedding milestones. Update progress easily using the drop down function.

3. Monitor suppliers' payment schedule - efficiently list down payment per supplier on a monthly basis. Overview of total budget needed per month is reflected on the summary sheet for easier reference.

4. List down supplier details - note all contact person and their contact numbers to easily coordinate with them together with your coordinators!

5. Arrange and assign guest list and tables - I found a convenient way of using excel to list down all guest and assigning them per table. (it's fun to use! Just put their respective table number and viola! they will be automatically arranged according to their assigned table number!) Usually, caterers only allow 10 pax per table to give them more space to do service. Default table number is 20, if you need more than that, let me know!

BEST TO USE in MS Excel. :) uploading it in Google Drive / Google sheet might not reflect the best results as they differ in formula. Best to use and navigate using laptops as well :)
